As a facility supporting individuals with disabilities and children/students to live independently and authentically within their communities, we opened in August 2017.
The main duties are as follows:
1. Provide counseling for daily life concerns and difficulties, and offer necessary information.
2. Creating Service Utilization Plans for Individuals Using Welfare Services
3. Coordinating with relevant agencies to ensure smooth service delivery
4. Support for Transition to Community Living
5. Reviewing the Utilization Plan for Ongoing Support
